The drug-eluting balloon catheters: AcoArt Orchid 0.035 and AcoArt Tulip 0.018 and AcoArt Litos are percutaneous catheters for transluminal angioplasty (PTA) with different guidewire compatibilities.

Description:

  • DEB Catheters are OTW (Over the Wire) peripheral balloon catheters specifically designed for percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in occluded atherosclerotic vessels.

  • The catheter includes a dual lumen body at the distal end where the balloon is welded.

  • The dual-lumen body branches at the proximal end so that one of the tubes forms the central lumen entry for the guidewire and the other is used to inflate and deflate the dilatation balloon with a mixture of contrast medium and saline.

  • These are paclitaxel-coated dilatation balloon catheters, the dose of paclitaxel is 3 mg per square millimeter. They are available in different balloon sizes.
